Self Exclusion

Scope and purpose

Ffbet's Self-Exclusion policy provides players with structured options to pause or permanently suspend activity in order to manage gambling risk. The policy applies to all Ffbet products and is integral to our Responsible Gaming framework. It operates in accordance with applicable gambling law and the licensing terms governing this operation.

Time-Out

Time-Out offers a temporary halt from all Ffbet services. A Time-Out is initiated by the player through the Account Profile. During the Time-Out period, the player cannot log in, deposit funds, withdraw funds, or place bets, and access to all Ffbet products is blocked. The duration of the Time-Out is shown in the Account Profile and may be selected from the available options. Revocation of a Time-Out is permissible only after 24 hours have elapsed from the initial Time-Out request. Upon reaching the end of the chosen period, access is automatically restored.

Self-Exclusion

Self-Exclusion provides a longer-term restriction, which may be temporary or permanent. To initiate Self-Exclusion, the player must email Ffbet’s Customer Support to notify the decision to pause activity. On receipt of the request, the account enters a 24-hour cooling-off period (Stage 1) during which no gambling activity is permitted. After the cooling-off, the available self-exclusion periods will be communicated. The periods are predefined and cannot be altered. To proceed, the player must respond by email within 24 hours. If no response is received within that window, the request is considered withdrawn and the account will be reopened by email confirmation. Once Self-Exclusion begins, the account is disabled and deposits or withdrawals are prohibited for the duration of the exclusion. Upon expiry, the account is automatically re-activated. A permanent Self-Exclusion cannot be reversed, and registration of a new account is prohibited while excluded. If the player wishes to extend the exclusion beyond the initially selected term, they may contact Support by email to request an extension; extensions are subject to available periods and the operator’s discretion.

Effects on existing bets and account activity

During Self-Exclusion, any bets already placed at the time exclusion becomes effective will remain valid and will settle in accordance with official results. The player will not be able to place new bets, make deposits, or withdraw funds while the Self-Exclusion is in force.

Financial protection and account limits

Players may set financial limits on deposits, wagers, losses, or time in play via the relevant sections of the account. If a player exceeds a defined limit, further actions related to that limit are restricted. Any limit or exclusion can be revoked only by written or electronic notice to Ffbet; the Company will consider such requests but reserves absolute discretion to deny. Ffbet will take reasonable steps to ensure Self-Exclusion is observed and will endeavour to prevent promotional material from being sent to excluded players. The Company is not responsible for activity conducted via alternative accounts or through registration details altered to circumvent self-exclusion, nor for promotional material inadvertently delivered while excluded.

Promotions and compliance

Ffbet will refrain from sending promotional material to customers who have self-excluded. The policy requires that customers cooperate with the process and use the official channels described for changes or extensions. Any breach of the self-exclusion terms may be subject to further action consistent with applicable law and licensing conditions.
