Scope of the Bonus Policy

This Bonus Policy is an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of Use for Ffbet. It governs all bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotions offered by Ffbet and applies to all eligible players unless a promotion’s own terms state otherwise. Where conflicting terms arise between a promotion and this policy, the promotion’s terms prevail.

Key Definitions

  • Bonus Balance — funds awarded under a bonus offer, subject to wagering requirements and any offer-specific restrictions.
  • Real Balance — funds deposited or generated by winnings that are not part of a bonus.
  • Pending Bonus — a bonus that becomes usable only after wagering conditions are fulfilled.
  • Non-cashable Bonus — a bonus whose winnings, after wagering, do not convert to Real Balance.
  • Wagering Requirements — the number of times the bonus (and where applicable, the related deposit) must be wagered before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.
  • Irregular Play — play patterns that a reasonable operator regards as abusive or intended to exploit bonuses, as described in this policy.

Eligibility and Opt-In

To participate in any bonus, a player must have at least one successful deposit in the Ffbet account and have opted in to promotional offers unless they have opted out. The minimum deposit to qualify for any deposit-based bonus is €20 or the equivalent in the account’s configured currency. Some offers may carry additional eligibility criteria published with the promotion.

Claiming, Activation and Use of Bonuses

Bonuses are credited to the Bonus Balance. You will typically use the Bonus Balance after first using any Real Balance. If a bet is funded by both Real and Bonus funds and results in winnings, such winnings are credited to the Bonus Balance (unless the bonus is fully converted to Real Balance upon wagering completion). If a bonus or free spins are credited directly, contact Customer Support if the bonus does not appear in your account so it can be credited prior to wagering.

Any bonus or free spins awarded are subject to this policy and the specific promotion terms. Active bonuses do not prevent withdrawal, but you may elect to cancel a bonus in whole or in part by contacting Support. If a withdrawal is requested while a bonus is active, the system may enforce forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings if the wagering requirements have not been met.

Wagering Requirements and Calculation

Wagering requirements apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms. The standard wagering terms are 30 times the total eligible bonus amount (and, where applicable, the related deposit). If a bonus is not awarded as part of a deposit offer or the bonus amount exceeds the deposit, wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only and is set at 60 times the bonus amount. During wagering, the maximum bet per spin or per wager is 10% of the original/credited bonus amount, with a minimum of 0.10 EUR and a maximum of 5 EUR (or the equivalent in the account’s currency), whichever is lower.

Games contribute to wagering as follows, unless the promotion states otherwise: Slots and Scratch Games 100%; Table Games 5%; Live Casino 0%; Video Poker 0%; Crash/High Frequency games 20%. When the bonus is added to an account, wagering progress is tracked in the account’s Bonus section. If multiple bonuses are active, wagering applies to the largest qualifying bonus first, with real funds wagered before Bonus Balance. Payouts from wagering are applied to the most recently used eligible bonus.

Bonus Types, No-Deposit Bonuses and Caps

Promotions may include deposit bonuses, no-deposit bonuses, free spins, or cashback. A no-deposit bonus is subject to a cap on winnings: the maximum win or withdrawal from such a bonus is the greater of €100 or twice the bonus amount. If a no-deposit bonus is awarded, the larger of those two figures governs the cap. If a promotion is tied to a referral or prize mechanism, those elements are governed by their separate terms.

If you receive a Bonus, free spins, or Golden Chips in conjunction with a deposit or as a standalone offer, you must claim and deploy the Bonus before playing with your Real Balance, and you must comply with the wagering requirements before withdrawals are permitted.

Time Limits, Expiry and Forfeiture

Bonuses not used and/or not wagered within the period stated in the offer will be cancelled. Non-deposit bonuses have a shorter expiry in certain cases; for example, if the bonus requires wagering within 24 hours, the bonus and any winnings may be removed if the wagering is not completed within that timeframe. If a bonus is consumed or cancelled and wagering has not been completed, all winnings derived from that bonus may be removed. If a subsequent deposit is made before wagering is completed, the system may reset the remaining wagering on the bonus in certain circumstances; players should contact Support to confirm treatment of ongoing wagering.

Withdrawal Restrictions and Cashout Limits

Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds or winnings are conditional on satisfying the applicable wagering requirements. If wagering is incomplete at the time of withdrawal request, the withdrawal may be refused or delayed, and any remaining bonus funds may be forfeited. In the event of cancellation, forfeiture, or invalidation of a bonus or bonus winnings, related balances may be removed. Any winnings derived from bonus funds are generally subject to a cap on cashouts as set out in the promotion terms; in the absence of a specific cap, the standard policy applies.

Irregular Play and Anti-Abuse Measures

Ffbet maintains a zero-tolerance policy for bonus abuse and fraudulent activity. Irregular Play includes, but is not limited to, multi-account creation, use of a VPN or IP masking, predetermined betting patterns designed to meet wagering targets without genuine play, or any strategy intended to exploit bonuses. If irregular Play is suspected, Ffbet may suspend or close accounts, void bonuses and winnings, and confiscate funds. We reserve the right to review transaction records and any activity related to bonuses to prevent abuse.

Promotions, Modifications and Governing Law

Ffbet expressly reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. If an offer is amended, the updated terms apply to wagering after the amendment. Where a promotion has terms that conflict with this Bonus Policy, the promotion terms prevail. This policy and all bonuses are governed by the applicable law of the jurisdiction in which Ffbet operates, as described in the Terms and Conditions of Use.
